The Complexity

Often referred to as the "Underbanked" millions of otherwise credit-worthy Americans don't participate in todays' credit marketplace. They are often dismissed simply because they have no credit report. PRBC offers them a chance to build their 'alternative credit profile' and commiserate score. To do this, though, they need to both understand how credit works, and navigate a software system designed to capture their data and product their score. That's where we came in.

What We Did

Symplco redesigned the entire PRBC web presence both the front-end marketing pages and the actual software interface used by consumer to build their credit profiles. We also support marketing efforts for PBRC - both to consumers and the business that accept their PRBC alternative credit scores. Through simple, inviting graphics, clear language and a familiar interface, we're able to help people get the credit they deserve.

The outcome:

Over 8500 companies and countless consumers have already enrolled in PRBC and as the "big three" credit bureaus are finally investing in alternative credit and the industry is going mainstream, optimism for PRBC's continued growth is plentiful.
