The Complexity
MicroBilt operates in the highly regulated world of consumer credit data. Many of their customers are not technology super users, so intuitive user experience and clear, concise marketing is essential. Concurrently, because the company serves many industries they needed a high level conceptual thread through which to tell their story in a multitude of ways.
What We Did
We helped MicroBilt across the entire "front end" of their customer experience. We started by revising their logo to be more modern and appropriate to their role as a technology provider. We helped to organize their website and tell their story at a high level. We developed copy and design for a wide range of products - developing sales materials to accompany new business efforts. We also got involved with the products themselves offerings recommendation and designs for improved usability that both updated legacy products and established the interface of new ones.
The outcome:
MicroBilt continues to grow its reputation as the original alternative credit data provider and thought leader in a space becoming increasingly crowded with competitors - including the "big three" credit bureaus.
